The Beginning - At Last!

January 24, 2011...  Well after much urging from a high school friend to start a blog about my baking, here it is.  I don't remember drinking last night, but to decide to actually do this I must have been.  I do not know the first thing about working a blog but I do know how to cook and baking is my favorite.  Sometimes I would like to keep notes about how things turned out or how I changed a certain recipe so this will give me the place to do it.  Although my cookbooks are all together in one place and look organized, the little tiny pieces of paper that have notes written on them are NOT! and could end up anywhere.  This will give me a place to keep it all together.   My other option was to start gluing them to the cabinet doors in order to keep them from ending up in shreds in the corner of the house  the puppy has decided to claim as his chew area.  So, my friend (s) we shall bake together whether in the same kitchen or miles separated....  Let's begin.
